Thank you for the amazing job you did recently on our badly stained carpet.
As a landlord I was looking for the best carpet clean money could buy, but also one that was environmentally friendly and was a local company. This was a big ask but Imperial ticked all the boxes!
I was concerned that an environmentally friendly product couldn’t remove the stains and as my investment property carpet was really badly stained I was convinced I would have to buy new carpet.

I have our carpets cleaned at the centre twice a year, as you could imagine they do get a work out. I just wanted to thank you for the fantastic job you did on our lounge suite. Having a small child means our lounge is subjected to spills and sticky fingers on an almost daily basis. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations as our lounge is quite old, but I was absolutely thrilled and quite stunned by the job you were able to do.  Our lounge looks new again and we couldn't be happier.
I also wanted to comment on the service you provided.  You were prompt, reliable and friendly. You took the time to explain your cleaning methods and give me advice on my carpets as well (with no obligation).
